Superb and outstanding deep cleaning was done in my home!! What a courteous, solicitous, detailed, thorough, and unbelievable team! I could not be happier. Everything was perfect. Fast forward one year later, I gave some corrective feedback and one of the employees then refused to speak to me and became extremely angry and left without saying goodbye or checking with me about the service after the work was completed, as had been the case for an entire year. Owner seemed very kind and willing to address the concerns (cobwebs, inspecting their work before leaving the house because there were some unvaccumed areas once, unemptied trash can another time, and having the tops of bookshelves dusted for example). This was very unfortunate behavior that occurred after I provided very reasonable feedback. This is a business relationship and not personal. Note: The employees cleaned the house very well, but after the one employee finished cleaning the house they simply refused to speak to me, refused my tip, and left. . Haven't heard from the company since. This was very uncomfortable. The owner was present and translating my feedback to the employee during a walk through when the employees first arrived that day. The owner was solicitous and helpful. The problem occurred after he was gone and after the cleaning was completed. Be careful about sensitive culture barriers that might happen unintentionally.

This was my first time working with them and it was a fantastic experience. The owner, Adner, was very responsive and friendly. He gave me a quote that worked for us. Then, the crew was very nice and professional. They did a great job and I’m recommending them to all my friends!

I had Shining Stars come through and do a deep clean because the last time I had someone come through was 2020. Full disclosure, I'm not great at cleaning so I knew that whomever came in would have to be willing to do the kind of cleaning that requires a lot of elbow grease. Guys...guys. 4 lovely ladies came in and made my house sparkle, shine, and smell amazing and clean. I've been looking for a great cleaning service and I know I found them! Worth every penny! We used Adner and Maria for a few years now. They are wonderful people, extremely responsive and do good work. The few times we had an issue with cleaning that was done by some of their crew, when we said something, they acted to correct immediately. Just moved out of my house- both Adner and Maria came themselves at 6am because that was all that could work in this case. They did a spectacular job not only cleaning the place spotless but also just being incredibly helpful (and plain old kind) during a particularly difficult moving situation. Very reasonably priced and they themselves have in fact recommended against spending money on them at times due to lack of need. They’re real gems. Wish I could have them continue with me but 440 miles seemed like too long a commute
